Jammu, March 20, 2025: The High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh has announced changes in the syllabus for the post of Reader.
As per Notification No. 959 of 2025/RR/RC, the modifications include:
1. The replacement of “Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973” with “Bhartiya Nagarika Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023”.
2. The inclusion of “Letters Patent Rules (High Court of J&K and Ladakh)” in place of the previous “Letters Patent Rules”.
